I've been dreaming up being properly trained at a boxing gym for a really long time. There's absolutely no one tougher and more disciplined than a fighter and if I'm going to rule the music industry, I have to be able to endure extreme pressure and have killer focus.
Extraordinarily, while on my current trip to London, my fantasy came true...plus I was also trained by an east end boxing champion in the world famous Repton Boxing Club. It was so exciting I almost wet my pants! Not only was I trained to fight as a prize fighter by one, I also got to sparr with him- Jamie Robinson. Thank you Jamie!!
Couple interesting facts - most of the exercises are done in three minute increments full out; as each round is three minutes and then after that you get one minute to "blow"; that means breathe ;). Also, many fighters starve themselves the day before their fight to loose weight in order to meet their goal for the fight. This also thickens the blood and could cause clots while fighting...which as you could guess means big trouble. I learned some other tricks that fighters do which are on the sly and aren't legal. So, officially, the signs have to be 10 feet from the right of way. As of now the signs are down because the fence is only 1 foot off of the right of way and would hide signs if they were 10 feet back. We may hang some above the fence. We're trying to get the ACLU to take the case.

I paid my $33 for the dinner and vote. A $5 option was also offered to vote after the festivities. We patiently listened to the guest speaker support Fred Thompson and talk on the issues of water and budget problems in California. They then held a raffle, while all the "cheap" voters waited in the lobby. When they finally let them in, the room was flooded with Ron Paul supporters and the organizer notified us the poll was cancelled. I started the video after the initial announcement and pandemonium broke out. The sudden cancellation and an attempt to change the rules, understandably, upset quite a few people.
