FPS gained (1280x1024, Render detail, Shadows and Textures on max, distance, traffic and details view at 50%):
30-50 most of the time
20-30 drops depending on the time in-game. At night I get more FPS than day. Probably depends on that there are not that many cars and people going around the city at night.
A game with awesome graphics requires awesome PC. Deal with it.

It's a parody of "Ma Ya Hi", the English version of "Numa Ye" that pays tribute to the Dell laptop that burst into flames in Japan. It uses animation footage from the Elephants Dream creative commons movie project.

A few of the PC versions in the video would sound better using an MT-32. However, those things were *very* expensive back then and the vast majority of people had standard adlib/soundblaster cards (if anything at all).
Besides, I don't have an MT-32 and I cannot emulate it properly either.
And for all you nitpickers out there - I *know* the Amiga is a PC! :D
I'm using the term as it is most often used these days.
