Descripción:Shinichi Shinohara (Japan) vs David Douillet (France) at the +100kg men's Judo final in 2000 Sydney Olympic. As you see Shinohara obviously got ippon by Uchimatasukashi technique. However chief referee and one sub referee judged it as Douillet's yuko and another sub referee judged Shinohara's ippon. Even though the misjudgement apparently existed Shinohara had never made excuses and complained about this judge. I hope horrible misjudement like this will never happen again for all of athletes and for true manly strongest Judoka Shinichi Shinohara.

Descripción:Malta Song For Europe 2008 is a music show in which Malta selects its entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2008, to be held in Belgrade, Serbia. After some date changes due to General Elections due to be held end-February or beginning-March, the Maltasong board now announced the dates of 24th and 26th January to be the dates for the Semi-final and the final of the song contest. For the second time running, MFCC (Malta Fairs and Convention Center) will host the Malta Song For Europe, though contrary to last years' 10,000 seats, this year the venue is expected to be reduced to 1,000 seats. After the two bad results Malta achieved in 2006 and 2007 in the Eurovision Song Contest, some changes were done to the regulations by the MaltaSong board. Long discussions took place with UKAM (Maltese union to represent musicians) for the final regulations to be signed. 225 (Two hundred and twenty-five) songs were submitted to compete in the first phase, which is judged behind closed doors. From the first phase only 36 songs made it through, judged by international jury between the 19th and the 21st of November 2007. Hosting this year's edition will be: John Demanuele accompanied by Ruth Casingena and Chiara The second phase is due to take place on the 9th January, then we'll know who the semifinalists are for the 24th of January.

Descripción:NOTE: Humans do make mistakes and not all decisions are accurate! Even professional judges. I think the fight with Forrest Griffin is bullshit. If you watch the whole match from beginning to end, you can see that Rampage had the upper hand throughout the whole fight. He did more damage to Griffin and he deserved the 'win'. You can tell that they judged the fight based on submissions, which of course, Griffin attempted twice but didnt execute on none of em! ----- Round 1: Rampage dropped Griffin with a punch (1:10), damaged to Griffin's eye Round 2: Griffin hurt Rampage's left leg (4:52), Griffin attempted choke on Rampage to the ground (4:42) Round 3: Rampage almost knocked OUT [dazed] Griffin (3:02) Round 4: Rampage hard combos to Griffin/cracked open wound (4:31-4:19), Griffin attempted triangle (3:35) Round 5: no highlights here _________________________ 3/16/2003 PRIDE 25: Body Blow Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Kevin "The Monster" Randleman This was for the number one contender for Wanderlei Silva's belt. _________________________ Here's the video where he talks about this fight and how he almost lost. http://youtube.com/watch?v=jub3fXOfgwY I dont think it matter who beats who.. Descripción:Seo Taiji Boys' debut. It was first broadcasted in MBC in 1992 where new artists would perform and get judged by a panel of critics. Taiji boys got the lowest score in the show, but the audience differed and changed the way music was done in Korea. Korean music can be divided in two eras: Pre Seo Taiji and Post Seo Taiji. Also, they gave rise to the boy bands that we see in Korea today.
Descripción:Leave a comment for your favourite drummer, Mike or Danny? More drum battles comming soon! www.ratemydrums.com Share and be Inspired The question a lot of you are asking is "Is it right to compare two great artists?" There are two ways of looking at it; the first way is drummer "A" vs. drummer "B" and asking who is best or who would win a competition? I believe this is wrong as neither drummer asked to be judged or entered into a competition. This is NOT what I am trying to do. I will say it again; this is not a competition and not what I am trying to do. The other way of looking at it is one of advanced appreciation. Let me explain what I mean. Take a drummer like Danny Carey; do you enjoy his music on its own without anything to compare it to? Yes, I do. Now take a drummer like Mike Portnoy, can you enjoy his music on its own without any comparison? Yes, I also do. But if I want to know how much I enjoy either piece or either drummer I need something to compare it against. Our first natural comparison is with ourselves. "I like Danny Carey, and will pay money to see Danny because he is better than me". Fair statement? I don't see Danny Carey lining up to see my clinics. Why do most of us appreciate Danny's drummer more then say Larry Mullins Jr's drummer? Because it is further from where we are. A lot of us can play what Larry plays so we think of him as a good or great drummer, but with Danny being so far pasted us we often think of him as extremely superior or a master. To take an appreciation to a more advanced level you need to compare with another higher standard. There should only be a small variation between your personal appreciation of two players like Danny and Mike, or Vinnie or Buddy. Who you like might change from day to day and that's fine, today you might like Danny more, tomorrow you're in a mood for Mike How do you know what Tool song or Elton John song you like best? Compare it to another Tool or Elton song right? What I am doing is not wrong. I am exercising my rights to free speech and I am offering you an opportunity to join me and share your opinion. There are no winners or losers, only good comments and bad comments. And I can guarantee you that at some point you have made a judgment call on a drummer based on another drummer. If you don't like it -- Don't comment *** ver•sus --preposition as compared to or as one of two choices; in contrast with: traveling by plane versus traveling by train.
