And if you lecture them and you speak to them firmly, then they get really nice, so instead of being all 'Oh, I'm so sorry!' to ... *like angry old people* 'I said DECAF instead of caffeinated!!' You say *firmly* 'Ma'am! I'm working very HARD here! No you calm down and you give me a minute!'
