Descripción:This is the alternate fan sequence I made for the DVD version of the Gremlins 2 "film break" scene. I made it alone, in a two months period, with (computer-enhanced) puppets I re-created for this project.
WATCH THE MAKING OF ON YOUTUBE !!!
—————————————————
MORE INFO:
WHAT IS IT?
In the middle of the movie Gremlins 2, there is a sequence where the film seems to break, and where the gremlins invade the projection booth. For the VHS edition in the early 90's, they reshot a special sequence where the VHS tape seemed to be torn apart and in which the gremlins invaded a John Wayne movie. The DVD just kept the original theatrical version.
This is the alternate sequence I made, supposed to replace the theatrical one on the DVD.
HOW IS IT MADE?
The creatures effects are all made with puppets. I made a new mold out of a hard cast of one of the original sculptures from the production. I created a batch of new foam puppets especially for this project. Their performances are enhanced by computer effects, which makes them able to do nearly anything, from running to jumping or facial expressions. The entire shooting takes place in a bluescreen studio, arranged in my basement, in order to superimpose the gremlins in the chosen movies.
WHO AM I ?
Sacha Feiner - I am a movie and animated movie director, special effects creator and sculptor, in Brussels.
I made several short films, documentaries, and cartoons; I also work as a graphist.
In 2007 and 2008, I made an animated series and recut trailers that were played at the BRUSSELS INTERNATIONAL FANTASTIC FILM FESTIVAL (largest genre festival in Europe), before each screening.
WHY THIS PROJECT?
I have been a gremlins fan since I saw the first movie as a kid and it has always been my dream to be part of such a project. I own one of the largest Gremlins collections in the world; tons of merchandising products and several original screen-used props. I am truly passionated with these creatures (and their movies), as well as with special effects. I am lucky enough to be able to afford the whole making of something like this, entirely written, produced and directed by me.
HOW LONG AND HOW MUCH?
The whole production was two months long. It has been finished on 15th july, 2008.
This is a fan, non profit project. I did everything alone, from the filming to the compositing. I only had assistants for the puppeteering. The overall budget, including the purchasing of the original sculpture, the HD and studio equipment, the molding and painting of the puppets and the editing, was about US $3000. This is also an answer to something Joe Dante said in an interview, when the journalist asked why they did not shoot any new alternate sequence for the DVD edition: "I guess there was no budget"! Indeed, the purpose is also to show that it is possible to render a professional, entertaining and well done sequence for... nearly nothing.

Descripción:PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENT:
This is a personal tribute to heroes in ACTION and VIGILANTE Movies, particularly the quotes they say before or after killing/kicking the bad guy's ass...
I know gangsters like Vito Corleone, Tony Montana or Tommy DeVito have great lines, but I don't consider that their movies belong to the action genre.
I tried to be coherent with that premise, but, as a personal tribute I rejected some tough guys (mr. Seagal, mr. Van Damme) in favor of other I like much more(Bruce Willis, Sly, Arnie...), not to mention the thousands of thousands I forgot... sorry about that.
Hope you enjoy it!

This is an improved version. [Better than the other] It has less lag, and more zoomed up places.
~~Important Notices~~
This shows some popular movies I have watched (and some which I am GOING to watch). It basically shows my talent of art in Line Rider. This is certainly better than my Line Rider Gunz, as there is mroe scenery, and the track has more purpose. I wanted o try out Techdawg's 'mountain riding' scenery thing, as it was interesting how he put lines beneath the track to make it look like hes riding on a mountain/hill (hes also doing a nose manual down the mountain as well). I used the Super Zoom trick to get the really small details in, and also a transparent tool so I can use Line Rider like 'tracing paper'. Every drawing I did was excellent, but my worst in this track was the Spiderman drawing. This was pretty hard as the proportions were all wrong, etc. But i did my best!
I used the Hue/Saturation effect so the scarf of the LR will change colour, and also the music is from Creed - My Sacrifice.
I liked the most was the character Venom I drew, that was also the hardest xD!
The graphics may not be so good. I use Windows Vista, so the screen is larger, and therefore its hard to see. I will be creating a video about all my masterpieces (once I finished some others)and this will have a zoomed up camera, showing the details, etc.
Hope you Enjoy!

Descripción:First things first. For future reference, RESIDENT EVIL WAS CREATED BY CAPCOM!!
At first I didn't think people would like this one, but it turned out to be my second most popular movie.
-------------------------------
Alright. Here's how it works. I was NOT trying to keep the timeline of the games in order. I did a lot of mix and matching like I did in my Resident Evil 2 movie. None of the events happen when they did in the original games. If you saw my other RE2 movies, then you should know that this is just for entertainment and cut scene purposes.
To clear up confusion:
The Bravo team went out to investigate, and the plane crash somewhere just outside the mansion. The stars team IMMEDIATLY went out to search for them. I had to leave Billy out because I just couldn't find a way to slip him in without the movie being 3 times longer than it already is. Later on, Wesker sneeked away to the lab to meet up with William to find out how the hell the virus was leaked.
Also, You won't see me solve any puzzles other than the Volt for the plant, that would have made it far to long. It's just a bounch of cut scenes, and the action will pick up on part 2. Also, I changed the locations of some of the rooms..which is why Chris and Rebecca didn't run into Jill and Barry when they took Richard to the safe room. Remember, it's just for Entertainment, just like my Resident Evil 2 movie was. My Resident Evil 4 Part 1 was just down right kick ass! I don't expect this to be as good as my Other movies, but part 2 will be great!!

Descripción:As promised, I completly remade my Final Fantasy 8 Limit Break Movie. For the most part, it's the same as my last one, but it's longer. This time, it includes everything I left out on the last one. I wanted to use Liberi Fatali, but it didn't match the movie, so I stuck with the Black Mages "Maybe I'm a Lion".
Angelo's 3 auto limits came when I wasn't even trying to make them. I just happened to get them on screen. Like when I was fighting Ultima Weapon, the first thing he did was use Light Pillar on Rinoa, and the dog happened to revive here while I was recording! See, I was doing it for the Alternate Renzokuken animation Squall has on Ultima Weapon, and wasn't planning on getting the dog here, but I'll take it.
Also, I'm sure you noticed that I gave Quisty a special introduction. Well....she's my favorite FF8 character, and that's all there is too it. I still remember the day I first played this game. When I saw her I was like...O_O!!! Again, I know it's just a game, but that's the way it is. Who can forget that beautiful face at the beggining of the game? Rinoa may look better, but there's something about Quistis that I just can't let go. I don't know what it is, but I'm staring to take a huge liking to her. Maybe it's her looks AND her character. And I love her battle outfit too. And that wip!!! Spank me baby!! She also has my personal favorite Limit next to Lion Heart...Degenerator...which has saved my ass many times. You can't just select Lion Heart, Rapture, and The End so easily, but Degenerator is sure to come in handy when you in a tight spot.
DAMNIT ALL!!!! Do you have any idea how LLOONNGG it took me to make this crap??!! Not because of the game or catching all the limit breaks on screen. It's this stupid PC!! First, windows movies maker screws up a lot. But on top of that, for some odd ball reason, the program decided not to save my movie into playable format. I had to dig in to find out the problem, but had no luck. Still, it's a PC, and I'm a human. I'm the one with the brain. I was able to "CHEAT"..and get this stupid thing working, but I had to basically make the movie twice to do it. To make a long story short, I had to make 6 separsate movies, then put them all together into one new movie, which lowers the quality a bit, Otherwise it would have taken me about another week or 2......
I'll still keep my other FF8 Limit break movie up. Which is better? This one or the other one?
